The "3B" refers to Bairrada (the DO), Bical and Baga (the grape varieties). Of course, as in any Filipa Pato wine, the quality of this sprightly, fruity, mineral Pet'Nat is nothing you'd expect at such a moderate price. Year-in, year-out, this is simply one of the best ancestral method sparkling wines made anywhere on the planet! Unfiltered, bone-dry and bursting with fraises, honeysuckle and cranberries, there's literally no occasion or dish that this fizzing gem won't enliven!
