Cirelli's non-vintage Trebbiano (not the dreadful Trebbiano found in other parts of Italy, but a specific, high-quality version that's native to Abruzzo) offers a dry, fresh and mineral glassful of happy. It's pleasingly citric and finishes nicely. This is always one of our best white wine values. Organic and vegan.
