
Ana Lisa Nada and her husband, Elvio Cazzaro, oversee the fiercely traditional Treiso firm of Ada Nada, which was founded by Carlo Nada in 1919. The family sources Nebbiolo for Barbaresco from two superlative crus: Rombone and Valeirano. Here, we feature the Valeirano, which is resplendent with spice, woodsy notes and appropriately firm, savory tannins.
