Sergio Germano tends to several classic Serralunga crus, but none are better than his transcendental Prapò. Firm, chiseled and transparent to the limestone soils, this wine in classic vintages is a 20-30 year proposition for aging. However, the 2018- from a hot, dry vintage- is the rare Barolo that can be enjoyed now.
