The firm of Georges Lignier- led by his nephew, Benoit Stelhy- continues its revival with a fantastic 2021 Passetoutgrain (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Gamay) in which the freshness of the vintage is perfectly reflected in a lifted and savory combination. It's reminiscent of top-notch Cru Beaujolais...except the Pinot Noir more than hints at something more serious and weighty. Unfined, unfiltered. Sustainable farming.
