We at TFWR are unabashed Aligoté lovers, and we especially love the Aligoté Doré, a special clone of the grape that is the only legal one in the commune of Bouzeron. There's an extra degree of amplitude and richness in Bouzeron that underlies the grape's natural razor-sharp cut, and the enterprising Nathalie Richez- who has amassed an 11-hectare domaine from scratch in just 10 years- has crafted a confident and signature-free 2019 that we absolutely love. This is the kind of white Burgundy that really gets us excited!
