Vincent Dampt has taken the family firm of Daniel Dampt to the very top of Chablis winegrowers, and the 2021 basic Chablis shows all the qualities that have made the wines of this region so beloved by so many: it's saline, low in alcohol and pleasingly citric. Chardonnay simply doesn't get any better than this!
