Vincent Ledy is unquestionably one of Burgundy's finest younger winegrowers, and his estate proves its value by working in lesser-known appellations such as Chorey. However, in a vintage such as 2017, the immediate, cherry-fruited appeal of the lieu-dit "Beaumonts" is married to surprising structure and a complexity that is just beginning to reveal itself.
