The Clos Julien project has come up aces in 2023 with a Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir of impeccable provenance (which we cannot disclose) that's balanced on a pinpoint in which no element is exaggerated or out of place. The natural intensity of this Pinot Noir- grown in the region's famous Goldridge soils- needs no further enhancement in the cellar or a bump from new oak barrels in order to perfectly express the essence of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
