This dry, snappy, saline Grenache Blanc from the black schist soils of French Catalonia shows the talent of star winegrower Marjorie Gallet (Roc des Anges). Though it's priced as an everyday white, you can find it- along with the other Roc des Anges wines- served by the glass at a multitude of Michelin two and three star dining palaces all over Western Europe.
