Domaine Mann (not to be confused with Albert Mann) is a newish estate that has quite a buzz about it from the natural wine set, but their wines are pure and classic expressions of this special corner of northeastern France. Mann's Crémant d'Alsace is comprised of three Pinots- Chardonnay, Auxerrois and Noir- and is worthy replacement for NV Champagne, at a fraction of the price. Outstanding!
