Domaine Mann (not to be confused with Albert Mann) is a newish estate that has quite a buzz about it from the natural wine set, but we love this classic, lemony (obviously!) and steely dry Riesling for its lively and fresh attributes. It's not trying to be more than what it is, and as such, it's a tremendously successful effort in a region where many dry Riesling efforts can be clumsy and overwrought.
