Enderle & Moll's flagship orange wine, the Weiss & Grau, is a co-ferment of Pinots Blanc and Gris. It's appropriately juicy, with hints of quince and marmalade, and the mouthfeel has a nice zing of tannin without being over the top. Unfined and unfiltered.
