The name indicates a Kabinett-style Riesling, but that's only a fraction of the story of this fantastic introductory effort from Matt Denci. There's a fruity, racy, quaffable side to this wine, but just as you're about to dismiss it, the sophisticated texture, concentration and complexity kicks in. And that's because the fruit is from the famous Long Rows block of Lahoma Vineyard, situated on the east shore of Seneca Lake. It's become an immediate favorite here at TFWR, and we can't wait to see how future vintages develop! 27 g/L residual sugar; 9.5% alcohol.
