
This Champagne method sparkler is 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, sourced from both the HJW and Magdalena plots, that was disgorged in January, 2023. It's bright and citric, with a bit of red fruit aromas and flavors. No, it's not Champagne...but it's about as good a Méthode Champenoise sparkler as is made anywhere in the USA, so it's a superb value.
