
This, quite simply, is the best Müller-Thurgau we've ever tasted! As Klein and cellarmaster Yamile Abad will do, the wine- upon opening- is orange and fairly fizzing from a good amount of trapped CO2. But soon after opening, the aromas and flavors of tangerine, verbena, apple and fine, saline minerality come into play. We only discovered this obscure middle Mosel gem recently, but we're absolutely convinced that Klein and Abad are at the forefront of natural wine in Germany! No added sulfur; certified organic and vegan.
