
Middle Mosel genius Jan Matthias Klein and winemaker Yamile Abad are, in our opinion, making the best, most intriguing and freshest natural wines in Germany. This cuvée of 60% Riesling, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Müller-Thurgau and 3% skin-fermented Muskateller features his trademark fizz of CO2 upon opening; however, as the wine breathes, it immediately becomes quite serious, structured and exotic, with incredible floral/spice aromatics and a satisfying tension that invites drinking rather than contemplation.
