This admirably concentrated blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo is a new project from La Luz Selections' Kerin Auth and Ovum Wines' John House. It hails from the hills west of Valencia (all fruit is night harvested for optimum freshness), and the complexity of its dry, racy, passionfruit qualities and length on the palate are quite impressive, given the reasonable price.
