
Sebastian Hardy spends his time between South Australia and the Finger Lakes, making him one of the very few winemakers on the planet who specializes in both cool climate and warm climate wines. HIs Depths of the Earth is a blend that's 42% Shiraz, 34% Montepulciano, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Grenache. It's big, but it's not oppressively big, showing excellent balance and acidity.
