Nicolas Delfaud is a relative newcomer in Burgundy, having started his domaine in 2015 with the rental of a few hectares of vines. However, he immediately put those vineyards into organic conversion and began employing indigenous yeast fermentations and minimal invervention cellar practices. His Macon-Verzé is a precise, aromatic, beautifully-textured Chardonnay that puts him among the top winegrowers in the region! Organic and some biodynamic practices.
