
Crafted right here in the Finger Lakes of NY; 70% Corn, 20% Rye, 10% Malted Barley. Aged a minimum of 4yrs in American oak. Aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and oak. Smooth on the palate with strong notes of butterscotch and honeysuckle. Just enough rye spice to complement the subtle sweetness.
