Forey has been moving toward more utilization of whole cluster fermentation as a way of offsetting the effects of hot vintages. This 1er Cru, a blend of Les Blanchards and Clos Baulet, features 50% whole clusters, which gives an overlay of intense spice to the aromas and flavors of savory black cherries so typical of great Morey.
