
Here's a pinpoint-accurate rendering of unmanipulated Cabernet Sauvignon...no oak, no thick, gooey, low-acid fake "concentration", no head-splitting level of alcohol (this one is a moderate, well-integrated 13%). What you do get here is a nice, straight-on aroma of cassis, followed by flavors that echo the nose, plus a hint of herbaceous twang that's endemic to good, old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon.
