This Shiraz was created as a counterpoint to the legendary Grange Hermitage, and it differs in that no new oak barrels were employed in its elevage. There's an addition of 11% Cabernet Sauvignon for structure, but on the nose and palate, this is all Shiraz. Just coming into drinkability as of February, 2022.
