Remi Rollin is a master of Pernand wines that consistently perform at a level much higher than what's expected from this humble, Corton-adjacent appellation. And his 2017 Pernand Blanc is simply one of the great white Burgundies of the vintage...unctuous, energetic, nutty, floral and intensely concentrated. Frankly, it's one of the best white wines we've ever tasted from this area.
