Jacques Carillon's Champ Canet (a 1er Cru situated at the northern end of the appellation) is always an elegant affair. It hails from a .55 hectare parcel planted by Louis Carillon in 1973 and offers aromas and flavors of ripe citrus, chalk, white flowers and a signature hint of quinine.
