The Tondonia is Lopez de Heredia's top cuvée, and typical of this fastidious house, it's not released until deemed ready to drink, so the 2010 is the current vintage. It's taut, almost Bordelaise in structure, with excellent secondary aromas and flavors of leather saddle and roasted game birds fully developed. Organic.
