Raimbault's Apud Sariacum cuvée (a reference to the ancient name of the town of Sury-en-Vaux) comes from 36 year-old vines planted to the classic Sancerre terroir of clay and limestone. It's racy, chiseled and offers that extra bit of texture and complexity that separates Sancerre from lesser Sauvignon Blanc. Sustainably farmed and accredited HVE.
