Lucien Muzard is a grower we've admired for many years. In fact, every time we visit Burgundy and dine out, it seems as though Muzard's wines are on every single list, from the Maconnais to Dijon. And no wonder: his Santenay Blanc "Champs Claude" could easily be mistaken for a Chassagne, with its rich. lemony and barely-herbaceous overtones. If there's a better winegrower in the entire commune of Santenay, we haven't met them yet.
