The only Sauvignon Blanc grown in Burgundy (Saint-Bris is the only appellation in which it's allowed!), this is from an old-vines patch planted in the marine fossil-encrusted limestone near Chablis. Nervy, elegant, deeply concentrated and long on the palate. And friends, this wine is no oddity: it can go toe-to-toe with the very best Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé.
