Bindi's declassified Patrimonio Blanc Mursaglia is 100% Vermentino, issuing from a high-density plantation on clay and limestone. Fermentation is natural and careful, with minimal sulfur (the amounts are always noted on the label). Fermentation is followed by a full year of lees aging in stainless steel, and bottling is always carried out with no filtration.
