Here's a pink wine from Château Simone that's quite a powerhouse...but not quite the ageworthy wonder that is their flagship rosé. However, for near-term drinking, it's absolutely perfect! The same minimal intervention regimen applies here, and the cépage is Grenache 45%, Mourvèdre 30%, Cinsault 5%, Merlot 20%. Undeniably one of the great wines of Provence!
