The legendary Jo Landron is an acknowledged top-tier Muscadet grower, but he also makes a fantastic, bone-dry sparkler, called Atmosphères. It's roughly equal parts of old vine Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Folle Blanche, and it's honestly one of the best Méthode Traditionnelle (Champagne method) wines of the world. We'd put this right alongside Recaredo or Raventós I Blanc when we're looking for top value fizz! Organic, biodynamic.
