Listán Negro and Tintilla from high altitudes feature in this Canary Island blend from the four friends banded together as Envínate (literally translated as "wine yourself"). Black fruits, flowers and peppercorn might at first strike you as Rhône-like, but then the volcanic lift and refreshment take the wine in another direction entirely. While we're not 100% on the "natural wine" bandwagon, we certainly love the direction that Envínate's hands-off bottlings are taking!
