Forey's Passetoutgrain is equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir and comes from an interplanted plot of good, old vines on the plain east of the highway. There's an appropriately peppery zing from the Gamay, followed by more than ample richness and concentration. This wine literally screams for a roast chicken or jambon persillé!
