Buttonwood Grove's Riesling Pét-Nat is an unfiltered, non-disgorged bottle of sophisticated fun. There's an appropriately leesy, yeasty quality in the nose and on the palate, yet the wine is neither funky nor over-pressurized in the way so many bottlings of this type can be. The overall effect is one in which no single element predominates, and that's all for the best. To our taste, this is the best Pét-Nat made in the Finger Lakes!
