The Incisa Della Rocchetta operation is a high-profile, far-flung, worldwide phenomenon, with their Tuscan and Patagonian wines garnering uniform international praise. However, they also operate on a smaller scale in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte, and this chillable, old-fashioned, utterly true-to-type Grignolino is our go-to wine when we want the refreshment of rosé with the amplitude of a light, aromatic red. We're super hesitant to get on the "chillable red" bandwagon for wines that aren't authentic, but this one ticks all the boxes!
