A. Limar's Blanc de Noirs is the rare Pinot Noir-based Champagne that captivates with a generosity and richness rarely encountered in wines of this type that also feature a tiny dosage (in this case, 1.5g/L). The wine is finished at a lower pressure, which emphasizes its utility as a table wine, pointing up the tender, haunting Pinot fruit, which is quite obviously a function of A. Limar's tiny plot of 35 year-old vines in the Grand Cru vineyard of Mailly and the superb quality of the 2019 harvest upon which this cuvée is based. Only 600 bottles produced.
