
Noted winemaker Alessandro Furlan has partnered with importer Charlie Trivinia to make a true-to-type, well-priced Prosecco that hews to the appellation's original standard of freshness, barely-there sweetness and affordability. It also plays well as a component in cocktails (especially Bellinis).
