Viet's top Regnié cuvée issues from 50 year-old vines, and 2/3 of the wine is aged in sandstone amphorae after a traditional whole bunch fermentation. No sulfur is used in the winemaking process, and the result is a deep, darkly intense Regnié that's evocative of black fruits and just a hint of licorice.
