Blackduck's take on Cyser (a mead-cider blend) is, of course, completely original and consistent with all their offerings. In this case, it's an ambient yeast-fermented Pét-Nat, with black raspberries and black currants added to the blend. Utterly beguiling and thoroughly thirst-quenching! Only eight cases were made, and we're the only place you can get it other than at Blackduck's cidery.
