Blackduck's Pyder is a blend of 2022 mid-season cider apples and mid-season dessert pears. The pear aromas are predominant here, and the pétillance is buoyed by a nice, tannic snap and excellent acidity. As with all Blackduck bottlings, it's unfined, unfiltered and husbanded from tree to bottle using organic principles.
