Since it's Musar, expect impeccable cleanliness, roundness and drinkability here; this isn't your typical licorice-scented firewater. And Musar's special process sees the aniseed addition on the fourth distillation (and not the fifth, as is common in the Middle East) and bottling after a year's aging in terracotta amphora. Exceptional!
