Hollerhorn Distilling is our Finger Lakes go-to for utterly original, handcrafted distillates of the very highest quality. This is a peated (the peat actually comes from a source in Binghamton!) single malt whiskey from local grains, aged in Pineau des Charentes barrels. It's savory, just a tiny bit funky from the peat and absolutely riveting.
