Hollerhorn Distilling is our Finger Lakes go-to for utterly original, handcrafted distillates of the very highest quality. This is an actual maple distillate, as opposed to whisky tarted-up with maple syrup. It's also subtly peated (the peat actually comes from a source in Binghamton!), and the full effect is one of refinement and understatement. Outstanding!
