Here's the wine to try if you've given up on Malbec. Catena's La Consulta cuvée is harvested from a plot at 3,600 feet in altitude, and it delivers a measure of elegance and freshness that's not normally associated with Mendoza red wines. Honestly, we cannot find Bordeaux of comparable quality at this price! Highly recommended.
