Prats & Symington's Chryseia has become one of the benchmark table wines of Portugal, blending traditional Port grape varieties into a balanced, lower-alcohol thing of grace. And one of the smart things they've done is to make a "second" wine, the Post Script, that drinks well right out of the gate and allows one to continue cellaring their Chryseia without temptation. The 2021 Post Script is lightly-oaked, lifted and absolutely wonderful!
