We love the natural, unmanipulated wines that issue from the cellar of Jochen Beurer, and his dry rosé of Trollinger, Portugeiser, Spätburgunder and Rotburger is an electric, mouthwatering zing to the palate...yet it possesses a strong core of minerality and a wisp of salinity that's suggestive of a superb light red wine.
