TFWR is proud to partner with Cornell's 100th anniversary of Hotel Ezra Cornell, Tierno Wine Merchants and Champagne Dominique Boulard et Filles to present this superb commemorative cuvée of 1,925 numbered bottles, a reference to the year this student-run business conference for hospitality industry leaders and members of the Cornell community from across the globe began. The wine is a broad, flavorful, red-fruited Extra Brut (5g/L dosage) of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay from Boulard's estate in the Vallée de la Marne. The superb 2020 vintage is the anchor of the blend, with an addition of 40% reserve wine. As with all our Champagnes, we suggest service in a large wine glass rather than flutes or coupes.
This commemorative cuvée arrives at TFWR on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23 and will ship shortly thereafter to those who purchase from this pre-arrival offer (note: TFWR will make a donation to Hotel Ezra Cornell for each bottle purchased). It will also be available in-store for purchase during the conference, April 24-27, and beyond.
