Weingut Tement fashions incredibly precise and aromatic wines from various terroirs all over Styria. The naturally wild aromatics of Yellow Muscat are beautifully tempered and given complexity by the sand and schist vineyards referenced on the label, and the touch of salinity on the palate makes it a great pairing with a wide range of foods, especially asparagus (which is a difficult food to match!). We love the wines of Tement, as they ably demonstrate that Austrian white wine is more than just Grüner Veltliner! Organic farming; spontaneous ferment.
